- Provide us with your company details and register your business as a firstthere employer
- Complete the firstthere service contract
- Set up employer access to the firstthere web interface and train your staff how to:
- register employees for firstthere;
- use the employer web interface to manage payroll runs;
- communicate with your workers; and
- use the Management Information Reports.
- Register your workers for firstthere cards
- Issue cards to your workers
- Make your first payroll run
Once the firstthere service is operational you and your employees will have 7/7 access to firstthere's dedicated multi-lingual support team to assist with any issues that you are facing or answer any questions you may have.
